A. Purpose: 1. Biography of Father of the Nation, Great Liberation War, History of Bangladesh, Socio-Economic, Cultural Heritage.

                  3. Social awareness in socio-economic development, creation of local leadership and establishment of good governance through self-employment.

                    to increase

                  4. Creating a mass-based trained workforce to safeguard social security.

                  5. Providing proper understanding about election duties and making them qualified for election duties.

                  6. Provide conceptual understanding of disaster responsibilities.

b.Venue of Training: Convenient location in designated village.

c. Trainers: Upazila officials determined as per the training guidelines.

d. 32 females and 32 males total 64.

e. Duration: 10 working days.

f. Eligibility of Trainees: 1. Minimum 8th class pass. Age: 18 to 30 years.

                                    2. Must be in good health.

                                    3. Must be interested in volunteering.

                                    4. Must have good reputation in the area.

                                    5. Convicted/convicted persons and persons involved in cases cannot be selected as trainees.

                                    6. Citizenship and character certificate should be taken by the local chairman/member/councillor.

                                    7. Those who are permanently residing in the village should be selected as trainees.

                                    8. In the selection of trainees, preference should be given to those interested in technical and vocational training.

  Ch. Financial Sanctions: As per training guidelines

h. Special instructions: 1. The Village Training Leader must give an undertaking that as required by the State, the member-

                                         If deployment of members is required, all must perform duties. If someone fulfills the responsibility

                                         Reluctance will be obliged to refund the money spent on training.

                                   2. Name list of trainees should be included in the data base.

                                   3. It is mandatory for every trainee to have National Identity Card.

                                   4. Informing about activities of Ansar-VDP Development Bank and as per HQ instructions

                                         Each trainee must ensure purchase of shares.

                                   5. Disasters caused by lightning, earthquakes, floods and cyclones and creating awareness about them

                                         Special attention should be given.

                                        Payable/will be completed as per policy.
